No shirt no service

Kalus couldn't understand why the human female was ignoring him. He looked like one of the sub-creatures. He even sounded like one. And yet, as he sat at the diner's counter, Grace wouldn't even pay attention to him for a second.

The chime above the door rang, admitting Vert and company. The blond stepped up to the disguised Vandal and said, "So, Cal, what do you think of Handler's Corners?"

Kalus raised an eyebrow at the Battleforce 5 leader. "I'd like it better if I could get something to eat," he confessed, "why is that girl ignoring me?"

"Well Cal, most places have a policy," Vert explained, "usually the policy is no shirt, no shoes, no service."

Kalus looked at his bare torso, a realization dawning on him. "Oh," he said, sliding off of the stool. "I... shall return in a moment..."
